How do I register as a tradesperson on DoyouKnowa?

Registering is really easy, you just need to fill in the form at the top of this page to create your account and get started.

Then you can fill out your profile by adding your skills, certifications, and the areas you cover. Once approved, you’ll start receiving enquiries straight to your inbox from new local customers.

It’s really important that you supply valid trade insurance & valid photographic ID. This helps provide confidence and trust for people who are finding you through DoyouKnowa.

How much does it cost to join or get leads?

Based on feedback from trades, we’ve created a simple and transparent pricing structure.

There’s one flat monthly fee with no hidden costs, pay-per-lead charges, or bidding tokens. For £72 per month Inc. VAT, you will be shown to everyone you’re the best match for, every time.

We work on a rolling 30-day contract, so you’re not locked in if it’s not working for you.

Can I control what types of leads I receive?

Yes. You can customise your profile by selecting your preferred skill categories and the areas you cover, ensuring you only get enquiries for work you want to do.

You can also update your profile at any time to add new skills or services as your business changes.

How do I communicate with potential customers?

If you are selected as one of the three best trades for a job, the customer will be able to contact you directly by email or phone. You’ll also receive a notification with a summary of the requested work, so you know what to expect before they get in touch.

Does DoyouKnowa get involved in the projects?

No. Once the platform has recommended the best-matched tradespeople, our job is done. We focus solely on connecting the right trades to the customers that need them. All project discussions, pricing, and delivery are handled directly between you and the customer.

What happens after I complete a job I got through DoyouKnowa?

After completing a job, you can request feedback or a review from the customer. This helps build your profile and improves your visibility for future matches. Keeping your profile up to date with photos and case studies of recent work is strongly recommended.
